One of the things I’m learning to do in my class at FSD (Foundation for Spiritual Development) is how to protect my self from negative energy that I don’t want to rub off on me. It also works beautifully to help smooth out wrinkles when someone else is a little out of balance.

This past Sunday we had some unseasonably early rain, that lingered lightly for the day. It came in stark contrast to what had been some wonderfully warm late summer days, perfect for beach going, eating outside for dinner and last blasts of heat for tomatoes to ripen.
