This introductory session is a fabulous way for you to explore what coaching is all about. It allows the perfect format for you to begin your process of self-discovery. It will also give you the chance to see if what I have to offer is what you need to support you at this time, and to know if we’d make a good team together.
We’ll talk on the phone for about 30 to 40 minutes so you’ll have the chance to ask any questions you may have about how coaching works. We’ll also spend some time looking at your goals and bigger vision. Where are you now and where would you like to be, say, in six months? What is your level of satisfaction in various areas of your life? We’ll create a three-step plan for reaching one of your goals. And we’ll take a look at what might be standing in the way. You’ll finish the session feeling excited and inspired to move into action, and you’ll have some action steps to begin the process.
