One-to-one Coaching:
Standard Coaching Package $300 per month
The Standard Coaching Package offers you two hours of coaching per month. We’ll have two one-hour sessions, all conducted by phone, kicking the work off with an in-person (when possible) 2-hour Discovery Session. Includes unlimited email access between sessions.
Walk the Talk Coaching Package $400 per month
Magic happens when you put yourself outdoors, get in motion, and explore your interior world. Walk the Talk offers you 3 hours of coaching per month where we take the coaching into the beauty and inspiration of the natural world of Marin County. Use your time as two 1.5 hour-long walks (or hikes) or, one 1.5 hour walk plus two 45-minute phone sessions.
Cake Walk! $275 for a 1.5 hour hike (plus cake & champagne!!)
When it’s time to celebrate an important life passage (a big-O birthday, marriage, a promotion, a birth, retirement etc.) let’s take a hike to see how your life is shifting and where you want to steer it next. At the end, we’ll enjoy some homemade (by me!) cake and a glass of champagne to savor the moment. This makes a great gift for a friend. Or even better, why not treat yourself?
Group Coaching:
“Get It Done Zen” Teleclass: This small group (max 14 participants) meets weekly by phone for an hour to focus on finishing up a project that has been on the ‘back burner’ for months (if not years). Learn to set reachable bite-size goals, remove roadblocks, get accountability and tons of productivity tips–all the while keeping calm & centered. You will love the combo of productivity + serenity! Dates: 6 Tuesday evenings in Sept.-Oct. 2012. Cost: sliding scale $60-$180. To save your place CONTACT ME
Yoga & Coaching One-day Workshops: Slow down and move your body consciously from pose to pose, opening up to what it means to be fully present. With this awareness you will now begin to turn your focus to what you want to bring into your life with coaching exercises to clarify your values, goals, vision and action steps….Embrace all of life’s possibilities! Community Collage Collective : This ongoing group meets quarterly in my home on a Sunday from 1-4 PM. Come together to explore your inner wisdom and your shadow in-depth through the creative medium of collage. As a group we’ll share insights and inspire each other towards new discoveries of what really makes us tick, as we cut and paste to our heart’s content. Space is limited to 8.
