Fearless Dancer

This collage came into being as a way to illustrate to myself and others what I see as coming my way in my adult dream. It was part of an assignment for workshop #2 in the Lucid Living year-long series entitled Joyous Adulthood. So….does that shock any of you out there, that adulthood is meant to be Joyous? When was the last time that you really and truly felt your joy?

After the 3-day workshop I have plenty of information to integrate and loads more “practices” to play with to get more and more in touch with all that makes up  joyous adulthood. I’ll be playing with deepening my trust (with self and others), being conscious about all of my choices, keeping my heart’s desire front and center, and feeling and expressing a full range of emotions, to name a few of the goals at hand.

The Community Collage Collective (Yes, I’m a slave to alliteration) is off and running! Our group of four dove into the task of clipping & gluing with, well, it wasn’t reckless abandon, but more like enthusiastic zeal. Scissors went swishing, we exchanged ideas and opinions, and imagined new  expanded possibilities for our lives.

About five years ago I came across this page in a Harvard Magazine and was absolutely awestruck by the beautiful colors of this planet. I tore the page out and taped it inside one of my kitchen closets, where I could see it frequently.
